The Q3 is currently sold with a one petrol engine option of 2.0-litre turbo that produces 208bhp of power and two states of tune for the 2.0-litre diesel engine, the one with the manual transmission produces 140bhp and doesn't get the quattro system, while the automatic gets the all-wheel drive system and is also more powerful 177 horses instead of 140. These engine options will be retained on the Q3 facelift as well.
In terms of features, the Audi Q3 will be getting the new generation of MMI (Multi-media information) system as we have seen on the A3 and there will some cosmetic upgrades too on the inside. Again the badging will change and it this will be new dynamic badging. From what we understand, the petrol will be the 40 TFSI, diesel automatic will be 35 TDI and diesel manual 30 TDI. Audi has planned to launch 10 products in India this year of which the first is the R8 LMX and nine more to come. One major launch for the company is the Q3 facelift, which is one of the major selling vehicles. Last year Audi sold in excess of 10,700 units becoming the most sold luxury car brand in India.
