General Motors will be launching their much awaited SUV, the Chevrolet Trailblazer on 21st October, just ahead of the festive season. This will be an important launch for GM, in a long time and will mark the rejuvenation of the company's operationsin India, after a dull recentpast.
The Chevrolet Trailblazer is a large sized SUV and carries the true essence of General Motors. Ithas alength and breadth of 4,878mm and 1,838mm, respectively. The Trailblazer is powered by a 2.8-litreenginethat will come with an option a six-speed automatictransmission. The 2.8-litreengineis rated at 198bhp @ 3600 rpm and 500Nm of torque @ 2000rpm. As of now, the SUV will be available only in a4?2trim.
Features include aseven-inch touchscreen multimedia system with Bluetooth telephony,rear-viewcamera and leather seats . It also gets projector headlamps, cruise control, powered ORVMsand electric adjust for the drivers seat. The Cabin has a two toneblack and beige colour.
Expected price of the Trailblazer is in excess of INR 25 lakhs and this will be available via the CBU route. It will compete with Toyota Fortuner and
