Seven Bangladeshi sailors have returned home three and a half years after being abducted by Somali pirates.
The crew, which had disappeared along with MV Albedo on November 26, 2010 when Somali pirates hijacked the Malaysian flagged vessel, has returned home this morning after being released alive by their captors on June 6 this year, Bangladesh's Daily Star reported.
The sailors were received by Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan and State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 8:40am in Dhaka.
