Meghan Trainor's hit 'All About That Bass' may have been a hit, sold more than 6 million copies worldwide and reached No.1 in 58 countries, but the singer claims to have gotten no penny from her hit single yet.
The 21-year-old singer said that she was told that she would get a big cheque after 9 months which would be in April, but until then, she's living off handouts from her record label, the Daily Star reported.
Trainor, whose debut album 'Title' is expected to be a global hit and has also worked on a track with One Direction's Harry Styles, added that though people think she's rich, she was still working to make a big purchase.
