Amanda Seyfried has revealed that she thinks "life is too short" for stringent diets.
The 29-year-old actress said that if she wants to eat something, she is going to eat it, but she has a steady workout regime, People Magazine reported.
The 'Lovelace' star added that she is into ballet and hot yoga, which is really good for limbs, joints and muscles, because people have to sweat and move.
Seyfried, who keeps a consistent but not crazy fitness schedule, continued that she has been traveling so much and so works out maybe twice, three times a week.
