There is a possibility that things might get little messy between Hollywood actor Ben Affleck and soon-to-be divorced wife Jennifer Garner over the custody of their children.
If sources are to be believed the 'Argo' star wants joint legal and physical custody and he doesn't want to let Garner take the kids away from him, the Mirror has reported.
The sources also mentioned that kids were the 43-year-old actress' main priority and she wanted sole physical custody.
Affleck appears to have flown around the country to spend quality time with his children - Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3 amid the split from his wife of 10 years.
The duo was even seen on holiday in the Caribbean with their children when the announcement was made.
