Parineeti named brand ambassador of 'Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao' campaign in Haryana

Parineeti Chopra has become Haryana's face for promoting PM Narendra Modi's initiative 'Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao'.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has announced that the 'Ishaqzaade' actress will be promoting the cause of saving girl child and giving them the right of education.

A mega event will be held in Gurgaon on July 21 to give the campaign a push which would be attended by the actress.

Parineeti's hit movies like 'Kill Dill', 'Hasee to Phasee' and 'Shhuddh Desi Romance' were shoot in Ambala, Haryana, where the actress' was also born and raised and did her schooling at Convent of Jesus and Mary in Ambala Cantonment.

Interestingly, the 26-year-old actress' star sister Priyanka Chopra is also in good deeds as she supports UNICEF's prevent anemia campaign.
