Google and Twitter have joined hands and officially announced that mobile users will now be able to view tweets if they search with "hashtag."
The American tech company said the Twitter option, which will be showcased in the iOS or Android Google app, will be presented in a widget similar to knowledge graph cards and image search results that often accompany many searches on Google, The Verge reported.
The authorities didn't say anything on whether this new feature would start showing up when one search Google on the desktop or not.
Google and Twitter had a similar deal previously, but it ended in 2011 as Google ramped up its own social network Google plus.
