After Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Virendra Sinha's son allegedly stabbed a man in Bihar's Aurangabad district, Pintu Kumar, the victim, today accused Sinha of planning the attack because he did not vote for him during the elections.

Kumar told ANI that the incident happened yesterday evening on his way back home.

"The person, who injured me is the son of MLA, Kunal Pratap Singh, as I did not vote for him during elections," Kumar said.

"I am a member of the Swaraj Party and he had been trying to kill me for many days," he added.

Giving further details, Kumar said, "I was on my bike, he stopped his Scorpio car right in front of me and said you are suppose to do as I say,"

"The attack was planned according to the directions of the MLA and his son had come with the intention to kill me with a gang of three to four people," Kumar said.

Kumar said that he used to threaten me openly and all this started soon after the MLA elections.

JD MLA Virendra Sinha's son allegedly stabbed a man for not letting his car pass on the road Friday night in Aurangabad in Bihar.

The son, Kunal, has been jailed.
