Bangladesh EC starts updating national voter list
The Election Commission of Bangladesh has started to update the national voter list and hopes to complete the exercise by December 15.
As per 2013 figures, Bangladesh has a total population of 156.6 million. The last census was carried out in 2011 and then the country had a population of 152,518,015, and ranked eighth in the world.
