Superstar Beyonce has reached a settlement with a Manhattan video game developer- Gate Five- that sued her for 100 million dollars after she backed out of a deal to make an interactive game with them.
The website for Manhattan Supreme Court website disclosed that the case had settled, on Friday, the New York Daily News reported.
Lawyers for the singer said that her contract gave her to the right to bail after Gate Five lost its financial backing and new financiers wanted to eliminate her 40 percent ownership stake in the franchise.
Meanwhile, the video game developer lawyers said that the real problem was that Beyonce made "extortionate" last minute demands that would have given her more profit.
