Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated for attempted robbery after he tried to take a man's mobile phone while on a date with Selena Gomez.

Sources revealed that the 'Baby' hitmaker, who was wearing a oversized sleeveless black t-shirt, tried to grab a man's mobile phone after he tried to get a video of the couple during an outing with his on-off girlfriend at Dave and Buster's, the Mirror reported.

Sources added that the fan, who was taking pictures and making a video of the pair, is planning to press charges against the 'Never Say Never' singer, who left before the police arrived, which could include attempted battery, attempted robbery and also attempted theft.

Also, as he is currently on probation in relation to the egging case from last year, he may face prison time if these charges are filed.
