Arrest warrant for Miley Cyrus' homeless MTV VMA date

Miley Cyrus' handsome 2014 MTV Video Music Awards date, Jesse Helt, is wanted by Oregon police.

The 22-year-old homeless man has an arrest warrant in his name after he violated the probation on his break-in attempt arrest in 2010, for which he was charged with criminal trespassing and mischief, the New York Post reported.

It is believed that ever since the 2010 incident, Helt had violated his probation again and again, and had even failed to take a drug test or complete his community service, broke curfew, and failed to report to his probation officer.

Helt had surprised the audience when he accepted the Video of the Year trophy for the 21-year-old pop star, saying that he was doing it behalf of the 1.6 million struggling runaways and homeless youth in the US, referring to himself as an "extra in people's life.
