Boat capsizes in Punpun river in Aurangabad, one dead

At least one person died after a boat carrying 25 people, including school children, capsized in Punpun river of Bihar's Aurangabad district on Tuesday.

Six people have so far been rescued while 18 others are still missing. The search rescue operation is underway.

As per latest reports, the SDRF team is also reaching the spot.

Aurangabad, like most parts of the state, has been hard hit by incessant rains and the consequent flooding of rivers which have disrupted normal life.
