Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has said in reference to United States President Barack Obama's handling of the Islamic State (IS) that he is "incapable of being commander-in-chief" of the country.
According to the Washington Times, Jindal said that the Americans were not as "dimwitted" as Obama believed them to be.
He accused Obama of refusing to say that "most Muslims have no interest in terrorism".
Obama cannot accept that issue of "Radical Islamic terrorism" and hence, he cannot fix it as well, said Jindal.
Jindal emphasized that killing the enemy is how a war is won and said that Congress should amend Obama's authorization for the use of military force to remove a prohibition on ground troops.
