The Budget Sessions of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Assemblies will begin on Saturday.
The Budget Sessions of the two Assemblies are being held simultaneously for the first time after the reorganisation of these states last year.
Governor ESL Narasimhan will address the joint session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly and Council in the morning. The Governor will later address the joint session of Telangana Legislature.
The Budget session of the Telangana Assembly is expected to be stormy with the opposition set to target the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government on a host of issues, including farmers' suicides, increasing swine flu deaths and alleged failure to fulfill the poll promises.
Telangana Finance Minister E. Rajender will present the Annual Budget on March 11, while his Andhra Pradesh counterpart Yanamala Ramakrishnudu will present the budget on March 12.
