Channing Tatum has finally got the release date of his upcoming 'X-Men' spinoff movie 'Gambit' in 2016.
The 'Magic Mike' star excitedly announced on Twitter that his highly anticipated movie will hit the theatres on Oct. 7, 2016, E! Online reported.
Lauren Shuler Donner had previously confirmed that Tatum will be playing the lead character Gambit, who is known for being an expert gambler with special powers over kinetic energy.
The Gambit comic book character was first portrayed on the big screen by Taylor Kitsch in 2009's X-Men Origins, 'Wolverine'.
