A comic book chief executive accused of harassing employees in 2011 is now suing her liaison to the company and friend of 40 years over alleged sexual advances.
Nancy Silberkleit, co-CEO of Archie Comics, has claimed Sam Levitin, 73, turned against her for rejecting his 'unwanted and improper sexual advances'.
According to the New York Daily News, Silberkleit became co-CEO of Archie Comics after inheriting the role from her late husband Michael and assigned Samuel Levitin as a liasion, who she is now suing for sexual harassment.
Silberkleit claimed that she 'has been and continues to be the subject of unwelcomed sexual harassment' at Archie's offices in Mamaroneck, Westchester County.
Levitin however said that Silberkleit is 'unstable', and once plotted to tart up Archie Andrews' longtime love interests, Betty and Veronica.
According to the report, Silberkleit has been accused of bizarre behavior at Archie Comics office and had slapped a former confidante with suit claiming sexual advances.
Levitin warned that if Silberkleit remains in a position of power, "she will greatly damage the business."
Archie Comics Productions and Silberkleit co-CEO, Jon Goldwater charged that she was irrational and prone to tantrums.
They said that she once started yelling "Penis! Penis! Penis!" in a meeting before storming out.
