A war has broken out again between Hulk Hogan and Gawker as a gossip website leaked sealed court documents with a transcript that quoted him making racist remarks.
The new lawsuit filed by the 62-year-old former wrestler on Monday 2 came in the wake of winning a 140 million dollar verdict against Gawker after it posted a video of him having sex with his then-best friend's wife, reports Channel24.
Gawker, however, denied the allegations of leaking the sealed transcript.
In the transcript, the 'Rocky II' star made several racist statements about his daughter's ex-boyfriend, who is black.
