While the New York City crowd only heard the part where Chris Martin welcomes them to the upcoming Indian chapter of 2016 Global Citizen Festival, it is hard for the Bollywood followers to miss out on the singer's "Katrina Kaif Kapoor" in his speech.

The 39-year-old English singer, who is also the current creative director of the event under the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals establishment, mistakenly said "Katrina Kaif Kapoor" as he announced the names of celebrities who are to collaborate in India for the fest.

Following an inspiring speech by PeeCee and Member of Parliament Poonam Mahajan, the 'Hymn for the Weekend' singer took the stage to welcome the New York crowd to India Global Citizen Festival 2016.

"I'm so happy to see all of you. We're so excited about going to India on November, the 19th," he started.

Then came the guilty neck-touching moment for Priyanka when the singer innocently added a "Kapoor" to Katrina Kaif.

"We've Jay-Z and lots of people who I have on the list...Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif Kapoor, AR Rhaman, Farhan Akhtar."

Judging from PeeCee's reaction of an immediate "Oh!", Martin asks if he pronounced the names wrong.

To which host Priyanka replies, "Oh no. It was close. It was close."

Coldplay will headline the first-ever free, ticketed India Global Citizen Festival which will be held in Mumbai on November 19, 2016.
