Congress has released a list of 69 candidates for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections.
This is the second list that the party has released. Prior to this, the Congress had announced its list of candidates for 15 seats.
Prominent leaders among the list are Cabinet Ministers Taj Mohiuddin and Sham Lal Sharma who will be contesting from Uri and Akhnoor respectively.
The assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir will be held in five phases - on November 25, December 2, December 9, December 14 and December 20. The counting of votes will be held on December 23.
