Justin Bieber had next to no alcohol in his system yet the cops at the scene claimed that he reeked of alcohol.
The 19-year-old singer's actual blood alcohol level was .014, when the legal intoxication is .08, TMZ.com reported.
Law enforcement sources had told earlier that Bieber had an alcohol level of .04. Bieber had insisted at the scene of not being drunk but the cop claimed that he had failed his field sobriety test.
Sources connected to the case said that this could well come down to a credibility case, with Bieber's people accusing cops of lying.
One law enforcement source claimed that the police force has had a zillion problems.
