'Dangal' fame Zaira Wasim rescued from Dal Lake after accident

Zaira Wasim, who made an impressive debut in Aamir Khan's blockbuster movie 'Dangal,' was rescued from an accident in Srinagar.

The 16-year-old actor had a narrow escape after her car skidded off the road and fell into the Dal Lake on June 8.

Wasim was accompanied by her friends when the accident took place.

She played the younger version of Fatima Sana Shaikh in 'Dangal,' for which she was even bestowed with the prestigious National Award for Best Supporting Actress.
