Darshan Kumar bags Aishwarya starrer 'Sarabjit'

Darshan Kumar, who rose to fame with the Priyanka Chopra-starrer 'Mary Kom,' has bagged something big for his next as he will be seen in the Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's much talked about biopic on Sarabjit Singh.

Insiders revealed that Darshan will essays the role of Khalid Pervaiz, a Pakistani lawyer, who played a major support for Sarabjit's sister's fight to free him from the Pakistani jail.

The news was also confirmed by the director Omung Kumar as he said that the 'NH10' star gave an outstanding performance in his previous flick, so he was certain that he would take him for his upcoming flick.

The biopic 'Sarbjit' is expected to be released in the May 2016.
