The Delhi High Court on Tuesday granted interim relief to former law minister Somnath Bharti, who has been booked in a case of domestic violence.
The Court has stayed Bharti's arrest till September 17.
A Delhi Court had yesterday dismissed Bharti's anticipatory bail plea in the domestic violence case filed against him by his wife Lipika Mitra.
