Delhi High Court refuses to stay UPSC exam procedure

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to stay the procedure of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations after a public interest litigation (PIL) had challenged the absence of a third gender option in the application forms for the civil services preliminary examination.
