American basketball legend Dennis Rodman has said North Korean leader Kim Jong Un did not execute his uncle Jang Song Thaek and feed him to dogs.
Rodman added that he in fact saw Thaek on one of his famous trips to North Korea.
North Korean state media confirmed that Kim Jong executed his uncle in December 2013 on allegations of corruption, drug use and a long list of other 'anti-state' acts, the Huffington Post reports.
In an interview with DuJour magazine, Rodman said that's not the case, adding that you could say anything about North Korea and people would believe it.
He added that the last time he went to North Korea, Kim Jong's uncle was standing right behind him.
He added that the uncle was not executed and fed to dogs.
Rodman has touted his relationship with Kim Jong Un, calling the North Korean leader his 'best friend,' the report added.
