Dustin Johnson, an eight-time winner on the PGA Tour who has been under a cloud over doping allegations, has now been accused of sleeping with other tour players' wives.
The reports came after Johnson announced on Thursday that he is taking a leave of absence from the PGA Tour to improve his mental health, physical well-being and emotional foundation, Fox News reported.
Golf.com revealed that the American golfer failed three drug tests in the past five years, including a positive test for marijuana in 2009 and two positive tests for cocaine in 2012 and 2014.
The same report also said that Johnson had a sexual indiscretion with at least one wife of a PGA Tour player.
The PGA is not required to make public any player suspensions that result from positive tests for recreational drugs, the report added.
