"It's over!"Ace filmmaker Karan Johar has opened up like never before about the much hyped rift between him and BFF Kajol, as he stated in the recently released book, 'An Unsuitable Boy', "I don't have a relationship with her anymore."
Post the infamous controversy between 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and 'Shivaay', rumour mills were abuzz that their more than two-decade friendship has fallen apart.
In the book, KJo has gone all out to set the record straight that Kajol, "can never come back" to his life.
"I wouldn't like to give a piece of myself to her at all because she's killed every bit of emotion I had for her for twenty-five years," he stated in one of his quotes.
Karan admits the 'Dilwale' actress was caught between a battle between the two men-him and Ajay Devgn- and she decided to choose her husband over her friend.
Kajol at the time retweeted Ajay's tweet that alleged the director had bribed Kamaal R Khan to post negatively about 'Shivaay', with one message - "Shocked."
"That tweet validated the insanity, that she could believe I would bribe someone. I felt that's it. It's over. And she can never come back to my life. I don't think she wants to either. I never want to have anything to do with them as a unit. She was the one who mattered to me but now it's over," he mentioned.
For many years, the bond between the two stars remained strong as a rock. But with all this revelation, that seems to be a thing of the past.
