South Africa T20 skipper Faf du Plessis has lavished praises on West Indies swashbuckling opener Chris Gayle for his blistering knock during the second T20 match at the Wanderers, where the tourists won the match by four wickets.
Gayle, who blasted 90 from just 41 deliveries, helped his side to achieve the highest successful run chase in T20 international cricket.
Du Plessis said that it was very hard to contain Chris Gayle when he was playing like that, adding that he was just a cut above the rest, Sport24 reported.
The skipper added that though the other guys were dangerous players, but without Gayle they would be normal team as he makes them a superhuman team.
South Africa trails the three matches T20 series 0-2 against West Indies.
