Eight killed, three injured in road accident in Rae Bareli

At least eight people were killed and three others injured after a tempo collided with a truck in Uttar Pradesh's Rae Bareli district on Friday.

The incident took place on the Rae Bareli - Kanpur Highway.

The injured have reportedly been admitted to the district hospital.

According to reports, a financial assistance of Rs. five lakh has been announced for the next kin of the deceased.
