New Delhi, June 17 (ANI): Bollywood has been fighting the "evil" piracy from quite some time and the latest online leak of Hindi film 'Udta Punjab' and Marathi film 'Sairat' has made the situation worse.

ANI caught up with actor Riteish Deshmukh, who balances his career well between Hindi and Marathi films, to speak on the matter.

Speaking exclusively to ANI in the national capital, the 'Housefull3' star said, "I think it's unfortunate that films are being leaked and they are freely available over the internet before their release, as that really harms us as an industry and I want to request everyone out there that we make films with lot of efforts, so want everyone to watch the film in the theatres and not in your mobile devices or laptops."

He continued, "It might be easy, but eventually it will discourage people and make our films smaller."

Speaking seriously on the matter, the actor added, "If you want our films to be as big as any Hollywood film, the films need to collect that much money at the box-office but unfortunately piracy is killing it and we need to get together and fight this."

Riteish, on a personal level, is having the time of his life, as he recently became father for the second time.
