Five people have been killed and fifteen others injured as a bus collided with a car late last night in Chandigarh.
A police officer present at the venue said, "The car was perhaps coming from the wrong side and the bus was coming from the sector-43 bus terminal. The incident happened at around 2 am in the night. Some people in the bus have also been burnt."
Chote Lal, an eyewitness said, "I was standing a little far at a crossroad when I saw that the bus had caught fire. When I reached the spot, I saw that the bus had overturned and people had been burnt. The victims were taken out after half an hour by the police when the fire brigade had come.
