Garth Brooks to release 'first' digital album post 13yr hiatus

Garth Brooks will release a new album after 13 years in November, but only on his website, it has been revealed.

In an interview on his own site, the country music singer explained that he was introducing a new version of social media which was not for the world but "for you and me", CNet.com reported.

The site will have an official re-launch on July 15 to make Brooks's catalogue available digitally.
