American actor Dan Aykryod has confirmed that Bill Murray won't be reprising his signature role in 'Ghostbusters 3.'
The 60-year-old actor said in 'Larry King Now' that that there will be a hole for Murray and if he wanted to walk in the door and be in the movie, the team will find a place for him, the New York Daily News reported.
Aykroyd then described that the new movie is based on new research that is being done in particle physics by researchers at Columbia University.
He said in the movie the world or the dimension that humans live in, the four planes of existence, length, height, width and time, become threatened by some of the research that's being done.
