Texas Republican Steve Stockmam has reportedly said that he is considering filing Articles of Impeachment on U.S President Barack Obama.
Stockmam, contesting the Senate seat presently held by John Cornyn said that he was contemplating legal action against Obama for repeatedly breaking his oath of office to uphold the Constitution.
The Republican said that Obama's defiantly vowed not only to radically expand the reach of government from cradle to grave, but to smash the Constitution's restrictions on government power while doing it, the Washington Times reported.
He further said that he ended his support to Obama, as he could not bear watching the President abuse his constitutional powers.
