Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that her personal philosophy in life is to never shove her feelings under the rug as it does more damage than good.
The 41-year-old actress told Entertainment Tonight show that she really subscribes to her doctors saying, which is 'what you reveal, you heal', Contactmusic reported.
The star of the 'Iron Man' franchise believes that the more you are willing to reveal to yourself what your damage, pain or truth is, the more you're able to really flourish as a human being.
