American premium cable HBO reportedly sends US President Barack Obama, episodes of Game of Thrones, before they are premiered on TV for everyone else to watch.

Game of Thrones co-creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss said that one perk of being the most powerful man in the world was that one gets to see episodes early.

According to the Verge, Obama had asked HBO chief Richard Plepler for early episodes of True Detective and Game of Thrones last month.

It seems that the President was granted at least one of his wishes.
