The French duo of Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut won the U.S Open Men's double title, defeating the pair of Britain's Jamie Murray and Australian John Peers at Flushing Meadows.
The 12th seeded pair claimed an easy 6-4, 6-4 triumph over the eighth seeded opponent in the final, Sport24 reported.
The French pair, who was this year's Australian Open runners-up, has won their first Grand Slam men's doubles crown.
They also became the first all-French duo to clinch a US Open doubles title.
