Hilary Duff's fight for her child custody is becoming difficult as her estranged husband Mike Comrie has demanded a joint custody.
In the documents filed, the ex-hockey star said that he wanted to share custody of 3-year-old son Luca, TMZ.com reported.
The American actress had earlier asked for primary physical custody of Luca and only wanted Comrie to get visitation, however, sources connected with the couple asserted that the actress was worried about Comrie's parenting due to his partying ways.
Duff filed for divorce the day after Comrie was reportedly drunkenly propositioning women at Mastro's in Beverly Hills.
