Former Australian Test batsman Michael Hussey has lavished praise on South Africa's Ab de Villiers for completing his 100 Test matches and also becoming the seventh batman of the country to reach the milestone.
Describing the 31-year-old as a consistent character, Hussey said that De Villiers is an extremely talented player and would always remain at the top, Sport24 reported.
De Villiers smashed eleven boundaries and one six in his 85-run knock in the first innings of his milestone Test against India in Bengaluru.
The fourth day of the second Test between India and South Africa was washed out without a ball being bowled due to incessant rain.
India are currently in 1-0 lead in the four-match Test series against South Africa following their 108-run win in the first Test.
