Luke Evans recently stated that he does not like his vampire character in the upcoming movie 'Dracula Untold' to be compared with Robert Pattinson in 'Twilight.'
According to Universal Pictures India, the 35-year-old actor said that seven years ago there was a big Twilight "pretty-boy" thing going on but the casting agents told him that they have been looking for men for the movie and he carried himself like a man, so he filled the space.
Evans also clarified that he does not look like a boy-band member.
Based on the novel 'Dracula' by Irish novelist Bram Stoker, 'Dracula Untold' portrays the origin story of its title character, Count Dracula. It goes on to weave vampire mythology with the true history of Prince Vlad the Impaler, depicting Dracula as a flawed hero in a tragic love story set in a dark age of magic and war.
