Lashing out at the opposition for constantly stalling proceedings in Parliament over the demonetisation issue, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has said that in the coming days the public is not going to get inconvenienced and does understand that this historic decision is for honesty versus dishonesty.

"Parliament is the temple of democracy where we encourage proactive debate. For those people in opposition who are opposing for the heck of opposing, I would only want to say since the eighth of this month, there has been ample discussion and deliberation, and the government despite that, continues to do its work," BJP leader Shaina NC told ANI.

"Opposition is only trying to create a ruckus because they have no real issues and they have realised that the eternal mandate of every single citizen of this country is working in favour of the Prime Minister, which is an area of insecurity for them," she added.

Shaina NC said that if the opposition are so insecure, they had better come on the board and understand that demonetisation is a game changer and when the country is ready for the demonetisation it may be too late for them.

She said that Prime Minister Modi has asked all Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs and MLAs to give details of their bank accounts to party president Amit Shah from November 8 to December 31, is another bold step. The BJP, she added, could have spared their own leadership, but they are not sparing anybody.

"We do believe that this is a collective consciousness of society at large where the leadership of this country needs to lead by example and honorable Amit Shah jee and Mr. Modi have absolutely set the tone for the days to come," said Shaina NC.

She said this is a historic and an ethical moral decision which would take the country forward.
