Due to some agreement for intimate scenes Fawad Khan was rumored to have refused to star in his upcoming Indian social and comedy film 'Battle of Bittora' opposite Sonam Kapoor, but according to recent reports the actor is still glued with the project.

The sources informed that the Pakistani actor, who made his Bollywood debut with 'Khoobsurat', is waiting for the final script to be ready as it is yet to be confirmed what role the actor will be playing in the film.

Reportedly, the 33-year-old claimed that his busy schedule didn't allow him to sign the film.

Fawad will soon be seen in 'Kapoor and Sons' along with Siddharth Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
