Oscar-winner Jeff Bridges reportedly gave a lax approach on infidelity saying "go ahead and do it and we'll see how that goes".
In a recent interview with GQ magazine, the 63-year old son of Lloyd Bridges, who has been married to Susan Geston for the last 36 years and has never divorced, said that "suppression can kind of get you into trouble, too", the Huffington Post reported.
Bridges suggested that denying that desire can have detrimental effects on a relationship, just as much as cheating can, and then went on to talk about the "difference between suppression and refraining".
The actor-producer has previously said that he would never consider having an affair with a costar.
