Jennifer Aniston keeps diaries as a form of therapy

Jennifer Aniston has kept diaries throughout her life as a form of therapy because she does not like going for therapy sessions, it was revealed.

The 45-year-old actress has been jotting down all her happy memories and problems since she was 13 years old and the diaries include all the events in detail including her divorce from Brad Pitt, Contactmusic reported.

Source told America's Star magazine that Aniston she has never mentioned them before but has allegedly filled six notebooks and they're all simple leather diaries, locked away in a safe at her home.
