Justin Bieber is reportedly going to reject the plea deal that was offered by prosecutors in his Miami Beach DUI case.
The 19-year-old singer doesn't want to be subjected to random drug testing, as it is alleged that he has a problem with marijuana and sizzurp News.com.au reported.
It has been revealed that Bieber's lawyers aren't interested in the deal as they believe that a policeman lied when he said the pop star reeked of alcohol and he was over speeding, as the GPS device in the car registered only 43 km per hour.
