Justin Bieber has announced the release of his new forthcoming single 'What Do You Mean,' on air with Ryan Seacrest.
Talking about his new venture, which will be out on August 28, the 21-year-old singer said that he had worked really hard on it and it would be amazing, E! Online reported.
Explaining the title, Bieber said that he chose it for "girls are often just flip-floppy, they say something and they mean something else."
The 'Baby' star further said that fans could expect his new single to have the same feel as 'Where Are U Now,' which he had worked on with "genius" Skrillex and Diplo.
Admitting to be a little nervous for his new track, the singer said he wanted the people to love the song and wanted to inspire the people.
