After wooing audience with her acting skills, Kristen Stewart is all set to make her directorial debut with a short film titled 'Water'.
The 26-year-old actress has teamed up with Refinery29, a new initiative that will produce short films from 12 different female directors, writers and animators centered on the theme of power dynamics. Channel.24 reports.
And Chloe Sevigny's "Kitty" is the first of these, which will be premiered at the Cannes Film Festival later this month.
The 'Twilight' actress had previously expressed her desire to get into direction with right kind of story, stating that she loves this glamorous industry and had been the part of it at the age of nine.
"I see it as a means of looking more deeply into your own psychology when you're attempting to understand what makes your characters behave the way they do and who they really are, she added.
