Kate Upton celebrated her 21st birthday with uncle, Congressman Fred Upton and GOP Whip Kevin McCarthy on Monday.
McCarthy's posted a photo with the two-time Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover girl on Instagram page, ABC News reported.
